At V’s ThrifTique, we offer a curated selection of gently loved, pre-owned, vintage, new, and unique fashion finds. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, limited-quantity, clearance, or previously owned, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Clothing, Handbags & Accessories

Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and disclosed condition details carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect fit or sizing

• Change of mind

• Color or appearance differences caused by lighting or screen settings

• Minor signs of normal wear consistent with a gently loved or pre-owned item

• Buyer preference after purchase

Whenever possible, V’s ThrifTique will disclose noticeable flaws, imperfections, wear, or damage in the product description and/or photographs.

Jewelry

For hygiene and sanitation reasons, all jewelry sales are final. This includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, jewelry sets, vintage jewelry, clearance jewelry, liquidation items, and jewelry sold in bundles or lots.

Some jewelry may be older inventory, vintage, pre-owned, repackaged, or sold without its original packaging. Any known condition details will be disclosed whenever possible.

Clearance, Liquidation, Bundles & Lots

All clearance, liquidation, deeply discounted, bundled, and lot purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Items sold in bulk lots or mystery/assorted boxes may vary in style, color, age, packaging, and condition as described in the individual listing.

If We Made a Mistake

We want you to receive what you purchased.

If you receive the wrong item, an item arrives with significant damage that was not disclosed, or the item is materially different from its listing, please contact V’s ThrifTique within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and issue.

After reviewing the claim, V’s ThrifTique may offer, as appropriate:

• A replacement, if the same item is available;

• Store credit; or

• A refund to the original payment method.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by V’s ThrifTique.

If an approved return is required because we sent an incorrect or materially misrepresented item, V’s ThrifTique will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

A Note About Gently Loved Items

Part of the charm of thrifting is finding something with a little history. 💕

Gently loved and vintage items may show minor signs of previous wear, age, storage, or handling. These characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the item’s description and photographs.

We encourage you to review photos, read descriptions, check measurements, and ask questions before purchasing.
