Thank you for shopping with V’s ThrifTique! We carefully prepare and package each order so your gently loved treasures, jewelry, clothing, handbags, and accessories can make their way safely to you.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
During sales, liquidation events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping options currently offered by V’s ThrifTique.
Any free-shipping promotions, discounted shipping offers, or special shipping rates will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.
Estimated Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination.
Please remember that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of V’s ThrifTique may occasionally occur.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details using the contact information provided with the order.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update tracking information after your package has been accepted.
Please Check Your Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error before your order has shipped, contact V’s ThrifTique as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
V’s ThrifTique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be missing, please contact V’s ThrifTique so we can assist you with determining the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mailroom or property management office, and the shipping carrier.
V’s ThrifTique cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact V’s ThrifTique within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Please keep the item and all original packaging and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the shipping box or mailer
- Photographs showing any visible damage to the packaging
This information may be necessary to determine the appropriate resolution or submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned to V’s ThrifTique because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another issue outside our control, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the order is shipped again.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Combined Orders
When possible, multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment. However, combining orders is not guaranteed, particularly after an order has already been processed or packaged.
Final-Sale Merchandise
Shipping policies do not change the final-sale status of merchandise.
